On January 10, 2017, Laurie D. Grabow, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President/Finance, notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Point Financial Corporation (the Company) of her intent to retire in the summer of 2017 from her positions with the Company and its subsidiary, The Old Point National Bank of Phoebus (the Bank). Mrs. Grabow has worked for the Company and the Bank since 1986 and has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since 2000. The Company and the Bank are grateful for her dedicated service to the Company, the Bank, its employees, and its stockholders.
