Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 10, 2017, Mr. Lee B. Appleberry provided notice to the Company of his resignation effective immediately to pursue other interests. Mr. Appleberry has served as a Director of the Company since 2016 and served on the audit committee.
