ITEM 2.02 – RESULTS OF OPERATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On January 11, 2017, ImmunoGen, Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN)  announced at the 35th Annual JP Morgan Healthcare conference that its cash balance at December 31, 2016 (unaudited) was approximately $160 million.  ImmunoGen expects to announce its financial results for the six-month transition period ended December 31, 2016 on February 3, 2017.
