Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 10, 2017, Union Bankshares Corporation announced that it will conduct a quarterly earnings conference call on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time during which the Company will discuss fourth quarter and full year results and provide an update on recent activities. The press release announcing the conference call information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
