Morgan Healthcare Conference on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m., Pacific Time, at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco. A copy of the investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure. A live audio webcast and replay of the presentation will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s web site at www.r1rcm.com. The archived webcast and the slides contained in Exhibit 99.1 will also be available for 90 days following the presentation on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s web site.
