Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 22, 2016, Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting the resignation of Mr. Shai Lustgarten as Chief Executive Officer of Micronet Ltd. On January 8, 2017, Micronet Ltd. informed Mr. Lustgarten that his position as Chief Executive Officer is terminated effective as of January 10, 2017 however Mr. Lustgarten will continue to provide his services to Micronet Ltd. as required until the termination of his employment. Micronet Ltd. is conducting a search for a new Chief Executive Officer.
