Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 10, 2017, Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary and unaudited sales results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 27, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
