Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 9, 2017, Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. (the “Company” or “Del Taco”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited sales results for the fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended January 3, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
