Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 9, 2017, Chiasma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a year-end corporate update and preliminary 2017 outlook, which press release included the Company’s preliminary approximate cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities as of December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
