ITEM 7.01        REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
        On January 6, 2017, Interface, Inc. (the "Company") hosted a previously announced conference call which was simultaneously broadcasted live over the internet and is available for replay at the following address: http://edge.media-server.com/m/p/6jasf2jd/lan/en and through the Company's website at: http://www.interfaceglobal.com/Investor-Relations.aspxIn the question and answer period of the call, management mistakenly estimated the Company's 2016 annual SG&A expenses to be $275 million.  The corrected estimated range of 2016 annual SG&A expenses is $267-269 million.
