On December 30, 2016, Mr. Gijs van Thiel informed the Board of Directors ("Board") of Duos Technologies Group Inc. ("Company") that he was resigning from the Board, effective January 1, 2017. Mr. van Thiel indicated that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
