Effective December 31, 2016, Chief Executive Officer Stephen P.
Marsh has retired from Community Bancorp. (the
“Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Community
National Bank (the “Bank”). Mr. Marsh will remain on
the Boards of the Company and the Bank and retain the title of
Board Chair of both Boards. The Board is expected to take action to
appoint Mr. Marsh’s successor at their meeting on January 11,
2017.
