On January 3, 2017, Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release pre-announcing the Company’s revenue and gross profit for the quarter ended November 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference.
