Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 20, 2016, the Board of Directors of SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed Kurt Streams to the position of Chief Operating Officer, effectively immediately. Mr. Streams, 54, has served with the Company since November 2013 as Chief Financial Officer, and will continue to serve in such capacity.
