Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 22, 2016, Conagra Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and posted to the Company’s website an infographic, each of which contained information on the Company’s second quarter fiscal 2017 financial results. The press release and infographic are furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
