On December 20, 2016, The ONE Group Hospitality, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into a license agreement with Horizon Hospitality Holdings Limited to open an STK restaurant at The Address Downtown Dubai hotel on Emaar Boulevard and an STK Beach at the Rixos Hotel in the Marina District of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both are expected to open in 2017. A third restaurant is anticipated to open in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and the Company is currently evaluating locations in Abu Dhabi for the venue.
