Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Item 8.01 Other Information.
On December 13, 2016, Alpine 4 Technologies Ltd., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), announced that it had received notification from the Company's market maker, MCAP LLC, that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") had notified MCAP of FINRA's letter clearing the Company's Form 211 application, and granting to MCAP the approval to begin the quotation process.
The Company also announced that it has been assigned the ticker symbol ALPP. The company's Class A common stock will be listed in the OTC Market Place, and management announced that it is the goal of the Board of Directors to be listed in their OTC QX platform.
