On December 13, 2016, Time Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), announced that Mark Ford will step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of the Company and will assume the new role of Executive Vice President and Senior Strategic Sales Advisor, effective January 9, 2017.
