Effective December 13, 2016, Paul C. Clayson resigned from the board of directors of Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (the “Company”). Effective December 14, 2016, Michael D. Donnell resigned from the board of directors of the Company.
Section 8 – Other Events
Item 8.01. Other Events.
Effective December 15, 2016, the Company closed its Little River, South Carolina facility and is in the process of moving the assets located at that facility to its production facilities located in Pearsall and Pecos, Texas and in Myton, Utah.
