Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 19, 2016, FS Investment Corporation IV (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the extension of the offering of shares of its Class T common stock and providing an overview of certain changes to the compensation structure for the offering.
A copy of the press release announcing the foregoing is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
