Subsequent to the November 29, 2016 closing of our underwritten public offering of shares of common stock, series A convertible preferred stock and series C warrants to purchase shares of common stock pursuant to Registration Statement No. 333-214310, a total of 40 shares of series A preferred stock were converted into 2,666,680 shares of common stock through December 16, 2016. On December 19, 2016, in accordance with the requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, we filed a report with Nasdaq indicating that the number of shares of common stock outstanding as of December 16, 2016 was 9,634,988.
