On December 16, 2016, Michele Joy announced her intention to retire as Vice President, Regulatory and Major Projects of Shell Midstream Partners GP LLC, the general partner (the “General Partner”) of Shell Midstream Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), effective March 31, 2017. There were no disagreements between Ms. Joy and the General Partner, the Partnership or any officer or director of the General Partner which led to Ms. Joy’s decision.
