Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 15, 2016, Performance Sports Group Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a change of status notice (the “Notice”) pursuant to Section 11.2 of National Instrument 51-102, providing notice that it had become a “venture issuer” as defined in National Instrument 51-102 upon the de-listing of the Company’s common stock from the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange, which occurred on November 28, 2016 and December 8, 2016, respectively. A copy of the Notice is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
