Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 15, 2016, CSRA Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on January 24, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 3, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
