Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 15, 2016, Quest Solution, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had issued a letter to shareholders (the “Shareholder Letter”) and that it had scheduled a conference call for December 20, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. ET to present on general corporate matters. A copy of the Shareholder Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference. Details of the conference call are contained in the Shareholder Letter included herein.
