Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 13, 2016, Web.com Group, Inc. (referred to herein as the "Company" or "Web.com") is hosting an investor conference. The Company is confirming its full year 2016 guidance estimates and presenting its forecasted 2017 GAAP and non-GAAP financial guidance. A summary of the financial guidance and related non-GAAP reconciliations are presented in Exhibit 99.1 attached herein.
