Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 13, 2016, Uranium Energy Corp. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that the Company's Burke Hollow in-situ recovery project in South Texas has been issued the Final Mine Area Permit by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
