RGC Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) is meeting with analysts, investors and other members of the financial community at meetings held in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Richmond, Virginia on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 and Roanoke, Virginia on Wednesday, December 14, 2016. The slide presentation that will be distributed by the Company during these meetings is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
