On December 8, 2016, Real Goods Solar. Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has priced a public offering of its Class A common stock, Series I warrants to purchase common stock and Series J warrants to purchase common stock. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
