Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 5, 2016, Michael Lytton, the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy and a named executive officer of Patheon N.V. (the “Company”), passed away suddenly. Michel Lagarde, the Company’s President, will assume Mr. Lytton’s principal responsibilities until a successor is identified.
