Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 6, 2016, Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “OSG”) furnished materials (the “Presentation”) to be used by the Company’s management in communications to investors. A copy of those materials is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company expects to use the Presentation, in whole or in part, in connection with presentations to investors, analysts and others commencing on December 6, 2016.
