Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On December 1, 2016, Lightstone Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. The matter submitted to the stockholders for a vote was the election of three directors to serve until the 2016 annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualify.
