On December 2, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Board had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.432 per share on its common stock. This dividend is payable January 3, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 12, 2016. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
