Item 8.01. Other Events.
 
Effective November 30, 2016, the Company renewed its $17.5 million senior debt Revolver. The maturity was extended from December 1, 2016 to August 1, 2018.  The Company also amended the credit facility which modified several debt covenants and increased the interest rate spreads on the three notes by 50 basis points.  At November 30, 2016, the Company was in compliance with all of its credit facility financial covenants.
