Item 8.01. Other Events.
Exhibit 4.1 of the registrant’s Form 8-K filed on November 22, 2016, attaching, among other things, the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (as defined below), is hereby restated in its entirety by the final correct version the Pooling and Servicing Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
On November 22, 2016, J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp. (the “Depositor”) caused the issuance of the JPMDB Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2016-C4, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2016-C4, pursuant to a Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2016 and as to which an executed version is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1 (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”), among J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., as depositor (the “Registrant”), Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer.
Capitalized terms used herein and not defined herein have the same meanings ascribed to such terms in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
