Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 18, 2016, the MassRoots App was removed from the Google Play Store due to unspecified policy reasons. This issue does not affect use of the MassRoots App by existing users on Google Play supported devices and, until this issue is resolved, all users are still able to access and sign-up on the MassRoots network through our iOS App, web version and mobile web versions. Therefore, we expect only a temporary, minor decrease in our user growth rate due to this removal.
MassRoots, along with most other cannabis apps, regularly encounter issues with the Google Play Store review team in the normal course of business due to Google Play Store’s absence of clear rules and guidelines regarding cannabis-related apps. We are currently working with the Google Play Store review team and expect to have this issue resolved in the near future.
