(c) On November 16, 2016, the Board of Directors of Century Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Mr. John Scott Dixon, age 36, as the Company’s new Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Dixon previously served as the Company’s Vice President of Accounting since joining the Company in November 2013. Prior to joining the Company, from June 2003 to November 2013, Mr. Dixon was at Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the audit and assurance practice specializing in real estate. Mr. Dixon holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Denver. Mr. Dixon is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Dixon will continue to be eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits plans. There are no transactions in which Mr. Dixon has an interest requiring disclosure under Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
