On November 21, 2016, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release to announce that the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 4:30 p.m. ET, at the Company's headquarters in St. Petersburg.
