Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 17, 2016, Jon P. Marten, Executive Vice President – Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, announced his intention to take a temporary medical leave of absence, effective immediately. The Company currently anticipates that Mr. Marten will return to work during the first quarter of calendar year 2017.
During Mr. Marten’s leave of absence, Catherine A. Suever, age 58, Vice President and Controller of the Company, will also serve as the Company’s acting Chief Financial Officer and acting principal financial officer. Ms. Suever has been Vice President and Controller of the Company since December 6, 2010.
