Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 18, 2016, Destination XL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s operating results for the third quarter of fiscal 2016. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
An audio webcast to discuss the Company’s operating results for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 will be held today, November 18, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. EST.
