Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
State Bank Financial Corporation (the "Company") will be hosting one-on-one meetings with investors at the Sandler O'Neill East Coast Financial Services Conference on November 17, 2016. A copy of the slide presentation to be used by the Company at the conference is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The slide presentation is also available on the company’s website, www.statebt.com, under the “Investor Relations” section.

On November 16, 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $.14 per common share to be paid on December 13, 2016 to the common stock shareholders of record as of December 5, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
