On November 15, 2016, MB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company for Madison Bank of Maryland, issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors had approved a stock repurchase program authorizing the Company to repurchase shares of common stock equaling up to 95,220 shares, representing 5% of the Company’s outstanding shares. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated November 15, 2016, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
