Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 14, 2016, Gulf Resources, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its third quarter ended September 30, 2016 financial results. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
