On November 10, 2016, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that it will participate at the RBC Capital Markets 2016 MLP Conference on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in Dallas, Texas. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
