Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On and effective as of November 9, 2016, the Board of Directors of Digital Realty Trust, Inc. adopted the Sixth Amended and Restated Bylaws to update “Article III. Section 15. Certain Rights of Directors, Officers, Employees and Agents.”
The foregoing summary is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Sixth Amended and Restated Bylaws, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 3.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
