On November 14, 2016, IHS Markit Ltd., a Bermuda company ("IHS Markit"), issued a media release to reaffirm its previously announced financial guidance for fiscal year 2016 and to provide financial guidance for fiscal year 2017. In addition, IHS Markit posted to its website supplemental information related to the guidance information. The media release and supplemental information are furnished as exhibits to this Form 8-K and are posted on the IHS Markit website (www.ihsmarkit.com). In addition, the media release has been distributed through a newswire release.
