Item No. 2.02 – Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 14, 2016, CTI Industries Corporation issued a press release reporting earnings and other financial results for its three and nine month period ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
