Other Events.
|
On November 14, 2016, Associated Capital Group, Inc. ("AC" or the "Company") announced today it has adopted a Shareholder Designated Charitable Contribution program for all registered Class A and Class B shareholders. Associated Capital Group follows in the footsteps of its affiliate, GAMCO which created its Shareholder Designated Charitable Contribution Program in April 2013. Each registered shareholder will be eligible to designate charities to which the company will make a donation of $0.25 per share on behalf of the shareholder.
On November 14, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing the program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
