Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
At the November 10, 2016 public meeting of the TVA Board of Directors, John M. Thomas, III, TVA’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, gave a presentation that, among other things, included information about TVA’s financial results for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016. Copies of materials used in Mr. Thomas’s presentation are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
