Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective November 8, 2016, Jack L. Rivkin is no longer Chief Executive Officer of Altegris Advisors, L.L.C., the general partner of the Partnership (“General Partner”). As of the same date, Martin Beaulieu was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner. Managers of the General Partner now consist of Martin Beaulieu, Matthew C. Osborne and Ken I. McGuire.
The biographical and other information pertaining to Martin Beaulieu as set forth in the Partnership’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on July 7, 2016 is incorporated herein by reference.
